Begin your tour of this family-run winery has operated since 1750. Learn about the uniqueness of Canary wine and the varieties of grapes grown in its unique volcanic soil. Delight your senses with a tasting of four wines accompanied by four types of cheese. Indulge in local wine paired with artisan goat cheese from the Canary Islands. Sip on a young, Dragoblanco paired with fresh goat cheese from Tenerife. Let a glass of red Hollera linger on your tongue as you taste its carbonic maceration process and taste how the smoked goat cheese from La Palma compliments it. Toast with a glass of young, red Monje Tradicional (a young red wine) paired with a semi-cured peppery goat cheese from Fuerteventura.
