After booking your reservation, proceed to the designated meeting point within the opening hours to be greeted by a welcoming staff member. 2. Present your ID card, Passport or confirmation email, and we will securely store your packages for the duration of the day. 3. To retrieve your luggage, just come back to the meeting point during the opening hours, show your ID card, Passport or email, and we will promptly hand over your items. We offer a surfboard and luggage storage service. If you need to leave your equipment or belongings for a short or long period of time, we can provide you with a safe place to store them. You will receive a unique access code that allows you to enter the storage room from 6 AM until 9:50 PM. Additionally, the area has a Free WIFI, bathroom and hot water so you can comfortably change after surfing or your last hours in Tenerife.
