Delicious tapas include garlic prawns, mixed croquettes, garlic mushrooms, fresh tuna salad, and flavoursome Canarian cheese with homemade mojo sauce! Perfect for sharing with friends on their expansive terrace as part of a lazy lunch or a nighttime get-together. The sunset views from the terrace are simply stunning! 

Meat dishes include peppered tenderloin, fillet of pork, and melt-in-the-mouth lamb, all cooked to perfection and sealed with flavour! Why not add extras such as crinkly Canarian potatoes or crispy fries?

Sensational seafood (caught fresh from the owner's private boat) comprises grilled sardines, seabream, smoked salmon, and grilled haddock, plus mussels, grilled squid, salty whitebait, and the most mouthwatering mixed paella you'll ever taste! 

There's even a children's menu with dishes that all kids love, and at value prices! So if your little shipmates aren't a fan of Canarian delicacies, treat them to nuggets, macaroni cheese, or chicken with fries! 

Of course, no lazy lunch or evening meal is complete without a bottle of something cold and refreshing to wash it down! El Caldero's extensive drinks menu includes Canarian wines, lip-smacking cocktails made with top-shelf spirits, and homemade sangria (prepared how it should be), plus beers, spirits, liqueurs and soft drinks.

El Caldero is the gift that keeps on giving! Authentic Canarian cakes, fruits, and the special Canarian caramel custard are just some of the tasty desserts on offer.
