With over 20 years experience chef and owner, Alejandro Gil, has turned an average restaurant into a haven of straightforward, quality local food. A variety of tapas including home-made croquettes is a good way to start or perhaps a carpaccios. Follow that up with a roast shoulder of lamb that falls off the bone and you begin to see why this eatery has become so popular. An excellent selection of Canarian and peninsula wines will help proceedings 'flow'!
Top the whole thing off with a dessert. Some home-made cheesecake with blueberries should do the trick... simple but effective we found!
